Juice Recipe for Constipation

Constipation usually means that a person has three or fewer bowel movements per week. The stool is hard and dry. Sometimes it is painful to pass. At one time or another, almost everyone gets constipated. In most cases lasts for a short period and is not important. Eat daily and you can have a bowel movement 4-6 glasses of this juice every day.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of maize (corn)
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 figs
  • 4 (California) Plums

Other

  • Hazelnut
  • Linseed
  • white sesame seeds
  • Fiber powder

Optional

  • some Goji (Lycium barbarum)
  • 1 beet

The treatment of a centrifuge and serve. It is even better if you use distilled water.
