Low blood pressure (hypotension) is pressure so low it causes symptoms or signs due to the low flow of blood through the arteries and veins. If the blood flow is too low to deliver enough oxygen and nutrients to vital organs such as the brain, heart and kidneys, the organs do not function normally and may be permanently damaged.

Normally, people with low blood pressure blood sugar, though this juice improves blood sugar. Most patients have kidney problems, and may help to "black" foods such as black sesame, black beans and black glutinous rice eat with sea salt

Eat 4-6 glasses of this juice every day; 02.00 clock in the morning, one before lunch, 02.00 clock and before dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 turnip, peeled and sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut
  • 1/2 cup of grapes
  • 1 kiwi, peeled (*)
  • 1/2 cup black day

Other

  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Goji (Lycium barbarum)
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of licorice powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Sea salt

From a blender carried out and serve. It is even better if you use distilled water.

* If you remove the hair, it's good to keep the skin.
